Services

Pulzeno provides healthcare outsourcing services including medical records management, revenue cycle management, clinical documentation improvement, and related administrative support for healthcare organizations.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and maintain compliance with applicable healthcare regulations. All data submitted to Pulzeno must be properly authorized for processing.

Data Security and Compliance

Pulzeno complies with HIPAA regulations for protected health information. We will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) upon request. Data is protected through encryption, secure systems, and strict access controls.

Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. All payments are made in USD.

Confidentiality

All information shared with Pulzeno is confidential. Our staff and partners are trained in healthcare privacy and bound by confidentiality agreements.

Limitation of Liability

Pulzeno's liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding three months. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in California.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client data will be securely returned or destroyed as requested.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
